Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Dutch & English‑Speaking Customer Service Representative to support multiple markets onsite. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction while processing information accurately.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, strong communication, and the ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment. We offer a €4,000 Welcome Bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during year one, plus a daily food allowance

Key Requirements
