• Apply active listening and empathy when supporting patients in sensitive situations
• Follow defined procedures, scripts, and compliance standards to ensure patient safety

Job description

Location: Porto, Portugal

Role: Dutch Customer Service Specialist – Medical Devices

Salary package: 21,287 EUR gross p/a plus meal allowance

• €1,100 gross per month (14 payments per year)
• €150 gross fixed bonus per month (11 payments per year)
• €100 gross welcome bonus per month (12 payments per year)
• Approx. €167 net meal allowance per month (11 payments per year)

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday, 24x 7 (rotative shifts, sometimes but not often a night shift)

Relocation package:

• Furnished room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months
• Utilities included
• Subsidised rent, deducted directly from salary

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will provide empathetic, accurate, and regulatory-compliant support to patients and healthcare professionals using innovative diabetes care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch and English
• Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• High problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle disputes, emergencies, and stressful situations with professionalism
• Active listening and empathy in every interaction
• Background in healthcare, technical support, or knowledge of diabetes/medical devices is a plus
• Proven ability to retain and manage large amounts of information
