CloserHire is partnering with a world leader in diabetes care to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will deliver empathetic, high-quality assistance across calls, email, chat, and SMS for medical devices and accessories, with order management and regulatory compliance at the core.

The role requires Fluent Dutch (C1+) and English (C1), the ability to support multiple European markets, and sensitivity handling medical information.

Qualificações

You will be supporting a world leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology, providing empathetic and professional assistance to customers using advanced medical devices that improve lives across Europe. Your Role Provide customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and high-quality support. Deliver troubleshooting and technical support for medical devices and accessories. Assist customers with product usage across multiple channels (calls, email, chat, SMS). Manage order intake, renewals, and related documentation in compliance with procedures. Apply active listening, empathy, and professionalism in sensitive or challenging situations. Follow defined scripts and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Your Qualifications Fluent Dutch (C1+) and strong English skills (C1). Ability to support multiple European markets simultaneously. Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is an advantage. Knowledge of diabetes care or medical devices is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to manage large volumes of information and documentation. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritising tasks effectively. Stress management skills and ability to remain calm in urgent or challenging cases. Active listening and empathy to resolve customer concerns. Currently based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Portugal. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Relocation

Acccomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Porto for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months
