Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level or higher).
• Good command of English (B2 level minimum).
• Experience in Customer Service or technical support is a plus.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with performance targets and CRM systems.
• Available to work full-time in rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from business clients about payment solutions.
• Provide clear information and guide customers through technical or account processes via phone and email.
• Understand customer needs and offer efficient, tailored solutions.
• Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction, response times and resolution rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions.
• Ensure an excellent service experience to keep high customer satisfaction.
