Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to help business clients resolve technical and operational issues, answer platform questions, and deliver outstanding service via phone, email, and chat. The role is on-site in Lisbon with rotational 24/7 shifts, including nights and two rotating days off.

Relocation is not provided. Candidates should be customer-focused with strong communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced ad-tech
