CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience and digital solutions leader to recruit Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representatives for a major European low-cost airline project in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting travellers across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

The role requires fluent Spanish (C1) and strong English (B2), at least 6 months of customer service experience, and the ability to handle rotational shifts.

Qualificações

• Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2) required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience with GDS tools preferred (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo).
