Cross Border Talents is seeking a bilingual Spanish & English Customer Service Representative to join our Lisbon team. This on-site role requires friendly, solution-focused support for Spanish- and English-speaking customers.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality service while working a 7:00–21:00 schedule with two days off per week in rotational patterns, including weekends. Start date: 17/10/2026.

Qualificações

• C1 level of English, demonstrated through an English assessment.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: On-site

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 07:00–21:00, with 2 rotational days off per week.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends.

Start date: 17/10/2026

Provide professional customer support in Spanish and English (C1).

Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Accepted Documents:

EU ID, Portuguese Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or qualifying valid/expired Type D work visa documentation with AIMA appointment and NIF.
