CloserHire is partnering with a major European airline to recruit Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representatives in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, managing bookings, and providing empathetic, solution-focused assistance.

Candidates should be fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), have at least 6 months in customer service, and be able to work in rotational shifts. Training and health benefits are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver customer support via phone, email, and chat; handle sales inquiries, information requests, and complaints; manage escalations from regulatory bodies.
• Oversee booking management: creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations; assist with ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information and tailor solutions to help customers make informed travel decisions.
