Qualificações

• Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2) and English (B2) levels required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Analytical, creative, and clear communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about accounts, products, services, orders.
• Identify needs and offer accurate, timely solutions.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases per procedures and work with internal teams.
• Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction, quality, and response times.
