BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist in Lisbon to join a collaborative, customer-oriented team where empathy and high-quality service guide every interaction. You will be the key contact for customers, providing reliable information and clear solutions.

Role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, live chat; documenting interactions; escalating complex cases; and hitting KPIs for customer satisfaction and response times.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Flemish (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn and grow in CS

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Provide clear guidance across processes, platforms, and services.
• Handle and resolve customer issues with focus on quality and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or exceptional cases per established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues within required timeframes.
• Achieve defined KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Continuously develop knowledge of products, services, policies, and best practices through training.
