Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialist to join an international customer support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat to resolve issues while delivering an excellent experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon. The role is full-time with rotating 8-hour shifts, and includes health insurance, language classes, and potential

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.
• Strong customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Able to handle complex situations with sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Manage cases from start to finish, including complex requests.
• Support with banking transactions, fraud-related cases, disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure fair outcomes.
• Identify and assist vulnerable customers, adapting as needed.
• Share knowledge to improve processes and support.
