Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks an Italian-speaking Banking & Financial Services Specialist to join an international customer support team. You will be the first contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.

The role requires fluent Italian and good English, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage complex cases. A 12-month contract with full-time hours is offered, plus benefits and a housing option.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and good English communication.
• Strong customer-focused approach with empathy.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Manage customer cases from start to end, including complex requests.
• Provide support with banking transactions, fraud cases, disputes and chargebacks.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure fair outcomes.
• Identify vulnerable customers and adapt approach accordingly.
• Follow procedures while using good judgment in complex situations.
• Share knowledge and feedback to improve processes and support.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs.
