Cb Talents in Lisbon is seeking a B2B Sales Developer for the English-speaking market. You will drive outbound outreach, onboarding, and relationship-building with business clients to grow digital advertising solutions.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong communication, and a target-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment. Initial 12-month contract with potential extension and progression to permanent status.

Competenze

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Consultative and results-oriented sales mindset.
• Good business acumen and ability to spot sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing/online advertising is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Initial 12-month contract with possible 12-month extension.
• Opportunity to transition to permanent contract after two years.
