Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Developer for the English Market to engage prospective clients, guide onboarding, and maximize engagement with our digital advertising solutions. You will join an international team, working on outbound outreach and consultative selling to grow the customer base.

The role is on-site in Lisbon, full-time, with a 12-month renewable contract. A 15-day intensive training program in English is provided, followed by private health and dental insurance

Qualificações

• English fluency at native level (spoken and written).
• Strong consultative selling skills with high-value pitching.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and media mix planning.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and influence decision-makers.
