Boeva Tech in Lisbon is seeking a customer-focused specialist to support B2B advertisers using advanced advertising solutions. You will resolve product issues, help advertisers understand tools, and improve campaign performance, joining a fast-paced, international team.

Ideal candidates have proven paid campaign management experience, a marketing degree, and strong digital marketing skills. The role combines marketing, technology, and customer success in an on-site setting.

• Proven experience in managing paid campaigns for B2B advertisers.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and tools.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Identify initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience.
• Resolve end-to-end product issues and support cases via email and chat.
• Own customer queries and drive resolution with Product Operations and Engineering teams.
• Assist advertisers with generic, technical, and product-related issues.
• Drive CSAT by ensuring quality across the full case journey.
• Provide clear, timely updates across all customer touchpoints.
• Adhere to SLAs while maintaining productivity.
• Educate advertisers on product features, common issues, and best practices.
