Job summary

Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a customer-focused specialist to support B2B advertisers using advanced AdTech solutions. You will resolve product issues, teach advertisers about tools, and help improve campaign performance in a fast-paced, international setting.

Responsibilities include handling end-to-end troubleshooting, collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering, and ensuring high CSAT across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience.
• Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and B2B customer support via email and chat.
• Own queries and drive resolution with Product Operations and Engineering teams.
• Support advertisers with generic, technical, and product-related issues.
• Drive CSAT by ensuring service quality throughout case journeys.
• Provide clear updates across customer touchpoints.
• Adhere to SLAs while maintaining productivity.
• Educate advertisers on product features, common issues, and best practices.
