Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a B2B Digital Advertising Support Specialist (French Market) on a 6-month contract. You will support French-speaking advertisers, troubleshoot product issues, and optimize campaign performance in a fast-moving AdTech environment.

The role blends marketing, technology, and customer experience, offering exposure to advanced advertising tools and cross-functional collaboration. Initial and future schedules include rotating shifts and on-site work in Lisbon.

Competenze

• Proven experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment.

Mansioni

• Identify initiatives to enhance service quality and advertiser experience.
• Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and support via email and chat.
• Manage case volumes while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve queries.
• Resolve technical, product-related, and platform inquiries.
• Drive CSAT by ensuring service excellence throughout the case journey.
• Provide clear updates at all customer touchpoints.
• Adhere to SLAs and maintain productivity.
• Educate advertisers on product features and common issues with technical specialists.
