Job summary

Experimental Cocktail Club Porto is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead daily service, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in Porto. You will coordinate teams, support menu updates by season, and oversee stock and hygiene compliance.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is valued, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to deliver the Experimental hospitality standard across our venues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a cocktail bar, ideally in a supervisory or senior bartender role.
• Dynamic, motivated, and able to guide and train team members.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advising, developing, and retaining clientele through daily service and/or events.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing smooth service operations.
• Onboarding and training of staff; maintaining hygiene and safety compliance.
• Assisting in menu development and stock management; operating with bar tools.
