Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a cocktail bar, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to guide and train team members and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Bar Manager, you will advise, develop, and retain clientele through daily service and events.
• Ensure smooth service operations by coordinating all bar teams and equipment.
• Participate in onboarding and training of staff and assist in menu updates according to seasons.
