Job summary

Experimental Cocktail Club Porto is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee operations of the cocktail bar located within Hotel Experimental Porto Infante Sagres. You will ensure high service standards and lead the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will possess extensive knowledge of cocktails and strong leadership abilities. This role involves managing daily operations, stock levels, and the financial performance of the bar.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bar management within a high-end cocktail bar or hotel.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with team management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
• Understanding of bar operations, sales, and cost control.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
