Experimental Cocktail Club Porto invites you to join the opening team in the heart of Porto, inside Hotel Experimental Porto Infante Sagres. This role combines guest hospitality, bar supervision, and menu updates in a vibrant, cosmopolitan setting.

You'll mentor staff, ensure top service, and contribute to seasonal menus and stock management, with opportunities for career development and cross-border mobility within the group.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a cocktail bar, ideally in a supervisory or senior bartender role.
• Demonstrated ability to train and guide team members.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy to manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Advise, develop, and retain clientele through daily service and events.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service operations by coordinating teams.
• Participate in onboarding and training of staff.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance compliance.
• Assist Bar Manager in updating menus according to seasonal changes.
• Support stock management and supplies following procedures.
• Master management tools for smooth operations and act as deputy in the Bar Manager's absence.
