Experimental Cocktail Club Porto is opening in the heart of Porto's historic city centre, joining the Experimental portfolio of cocktail bars and hotels. As Bar Manager you will oversee the bar and restaurant bar, ensuring high standards, guest satisfaction and team performance.

You will lead the bar team, manage daily operations, develop the bar offering and drive the outlet's financial performance, reporting to the F&B Manager and collaborating with other outlets.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a similar bar management role within a high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to develop a bar team.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverages; interest in industry trends.
• Commercially minded, proactive, hands-on with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee the daily operation of the bar.
• Lead, supervise and monitor the bar team performance.
• Coordinate with F&B manager to align bar and restaurant needs.
• Ensure exceptional, personalized guest experience throughout service.
• Manage stock levels and purchasing procedures.
• Lead by example, embodying Experimental hospitality.
