Experimental Cocktail Club Porto is opening in Porto's historic city centre. Under the Bar Manager's supervision, you will advise, develop, and retain clientele through daily service and events, ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating all teams to maintain smooth service.

You will participate in onboarding and training, ensure hygiene and safety, assist in updating menus seasonally, manage supplies and stock, master the management tools, and act as the Bar Manager’s deputy in their

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a cocktail bar, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
• Dynamic, motivated, and able to train team members.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Advise, develop and retain clientele through daily service and events.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate all teams for smooth service.
• Participate in onboarding/training of staff and ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
• Assist in developing/updating menus according to seasonal changes.
• Manage supplies and stock according to procedures.
• Master bar management tools; act as deputy to Bar Manager in absence.
