Experimental Porto is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee the operation of its cocktail and restaurant bars in Porto. You will lead the bar team, ensure high service standards, manage stock and costs, and collaborate with the F&B Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring proven bar management experience in upscale settings, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverages, with Portuguese and English proficiency.

Qualificações

• Proven bar management experience in a high-end venue.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a bar team.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverages.
• Fluent Portuguese and English; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee daily bar and restaurant bar operations.
• Lead, supervise and evaluate bar staff performance.
• Schedule shifts, holidays and daily tasks for the team.
• Coordinate with F&B manager to align bar and restaurant needs.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and customized service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails per established recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor stock, purchasing and replenishment procedures.
• Oversee events, set-ups and special bar operations.
• Manage bar finances and review supplier invoices.
