Mercier Consultancy Group in Bulgaria is seeking an Arabic Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to provide critical back-office oversight for Gaming & Esports platforms, focusing on Arabic-speaking players and their experience.

You will resolve complex inquiries, monitor compliance, collaborate with internal teams, and document all cases in our gaming database. Relocation to Sofia is required; we offer fully paid relocation, training, health insurance, and a performance bonus.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent command of English for internal team communications.
• Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve complex back-office inquiries for Gaming & Esports platforms.
• Monitor player accounts to ensure compliance with safety standards and fair play regulations.
• Provide professional Arabic-language communication to support player account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues affecting the gaming experience.
• Analyze game data and player feedback to suggest improvements for the Arabic-speaking market.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all support cases in the internal database.
• Stay updated on global Gaming & Esports trends.
