Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Player Support Specialist for Supercell Games in Bulgaria, Sofia. You will engage with players across chat, email, and social channels to deliver world-class assistance and ensure a smooth gaming experience.

In this role, you’ll resolve technical inquiries, account concerns, and gameplay questions while acting as a brand ambassador for Supercell. Relocation support is provided for an international move to Sofia.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is strictly required for this role.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in the EU is mandatory to be considered for these jobs in Bulgaria.
• Deep interest and passion for the Gaming & Esports industry, particularly Supercell titles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with a diverse, global player base.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toward troubleshooting technical issues.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, though a gaming-first mindset is highly prioritized.
