Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Player Support Specialist for Supercell Games in Bulgaria, Sofia. You will engage with players across chat, email, and social channels to deliver world-class assistance and ensure a smooth gaming experience.

In this role, you’ll resolve technical inquiries, account concerns, and gameplay questions while acting as a brand ambassador for Supercell. Relocation support is provided for an international move to Sofia.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is strictly required for this role.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in the EU is mandatory to be considered for these jobs in Bulgaria.
• Deep interest and passion for the Gaming & Esports industry, particularly Supercell titles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with a diverse, global player base.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toward troubleshooting technical issues.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, though a gaming-first mindset is highly prioritized.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class support to players within the Supercell gaming ecosystem via chat, email, and social media channels
• Resolve technical inquiries, account concerns, and gameplay questions to ensure excellent user experience
• Act as a brand ambassador for Supercell, upholding high standards in gaming and Esports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring bugs or player feedback trends
• Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and events to provide accurate, real-time assistance
• Document player interactions in the CRM system for reporting and analytics
