Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written)
• Experience in customer support, preferably gaming/esports or digital industries

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email, chat, and internal ticketing systems to German-speaking players
• Address account inquiries, technical issues, in-game problems, and payments queries
• Investigate, resolve and escalate complex issues to relevant teams
• Maintain accurate records in internal databases with detailed notes
• Contribute to FAQs and knowledge base for self-help
