Axians Portugal is seeking an Application Support Engineer to ensure stability and performance of critical business applications. You will provide technical and functional support, monitor environments, and manage incidents and changes to uphold service quality and user satisfaction.

The role involves coordinating with development, production, and operations teams, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to a reliable, scalable IT environment.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support roles.
• Experience providing technical and functional support for business-critical applications.
• Experience in application monitoring, incident management, and service improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and functional support to users, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Monitor and supervise application environments to guarantee service availability and performance.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Coordinate with development, production, operations, and other support teams when required.
• Manage and orchestrate application releases within your scope of responsibility.
