Qualificações

• Experience in application production support or application support engineering.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Scripting and automation experience (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application production support for payment processing platforms, managing incidents, service requests, troubleshooting activities, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand workflows, communicate issue status, support project deliveries, and continuously improve platform coverage.
• Automate operational processes by developing scripts and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance system reliability.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis, documenting solutions, and contributing to knowledge sharing across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application production support for payment processing platforms, managing incidents, service requests, troubleshooting activities, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand workflows, communicate issue status, support project deliveries, and continuously improve platform coverage.
• Automate operational processes by developing scripts and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance system reliability.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis, documenting solutions, and contributing to knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Application Production Support or Application Support Engineering.
• Mandatory experience with Oracle SQL.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Scripting and automation experience (Shell, Python, PowerShell, or similar).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Exposure to Ansible / DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles is a plus.
• Unix/Linux administration knowledge is an advantage.
• Professional English level.
