act digital is seeking an experienced Application Production Support Specialist to ensure continuity, stability and quality of production services across critical banking applications. You will work with Development, Infrastructure, Business and IT teams to manage production support, releases, migrations, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience handling production incidents, problems, service requests and changes.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT security best practices.
• Exposure to DevOps, automation and monitoring initiatives is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for IT production-related requests and inquiries.
• Manage and resolve incidents, problems, service requests and changes, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Monitor application and infrastructure environments and proactively identify issues.
• Prepare environments and support releases, testing and production deployments.
• Support migrations, re-hosting, batch configuration and infrastructure changes.
• Communicate effectively with users, Developers, Business Analysts and stakeholders.
• Contribute to automation, monitoring, DevOps and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow ITIL processes, IT Security recommendations and operational best practices.

You’ll work closely with Development, Infrastructure, Business and IT teams, contributing to application management, production support, releases, migrations, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for IT Production-related requests and enquiries
• Manage and resolve incidents, problems, service requests and changes, ensuring agreed SLAs are met
• Monitor application and infrastructure environments and proactively identify issues
• Prepare environments and support releases, testing and production deployments
• Support migrations, re-hosting, batch configuration and infrastructure changes
