HN Services Portugal is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Lisbon to handle technical, functional, and business logic issues within our applications. You will resolve user-level issues, monitor infrastructures, analyze incidents and performance, and work with teams to ensure smooth operation and an improved user experience.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Linux experience, strong SQL skills, and scripting in Bash or Python.

Formación

• Hands-on Linux administration experience.
• Proficient in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python.

Responsabilidades

• Resolves user-level issues, bugs and functional enhancements within a specific software application.
• Monitor infrastructures with the teams in charge and/or users.
• Monitor the quality of service (load analysis, performance monitoring).
• Diagnose and resolve incidents.
• Analyse incidents and alerts in case of infrastructure problems.
• Analyse, measure and improve the performance of the application's technical and functional components in order to improve the user experience.
