PrimeIT is seeking an Application Production Support professional for locations in Lisbon and Porto. The role targets mid-level experience (3–6 years) with a base salary ranging from €1,200 to €2,000 plus food allowance and flexible benefits.

The candidate will respond to users, fix issues, monitor the application, and manage releases and upgrades. Tech skills include Linux, SQL, Bash/Python, Ansible, Terraform/Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and ITIL/ITSM processes.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL skills across MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle or MS-SQL.
• Scripting in Bash and Python for log parsing and health checks.
• Experience with Ansible and CI/CD integrations.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Understanding ITIL/ITSM processes and incident/change management.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to users and fix issues within the application (technical, functional, business logic).
• Implement monitoring and supervise the app’s technical and functional components.
• Orchestrate and manage releases within scope.
• Handle function/technical upgrade requests.
• Integrate applications to reduce implementation times.
• Create and update application documentation and SOPs.
• Contribute to processes ensuring compliance and remediation.
• Analyze and improve performance for better user experience.
