KCS IT is seeking an Amazing: APPLICATION SUPPORT in Lisbon, Portugal. This hybrid position requires 4-5 years of experience in application or production support and a solid understanding of business applications.

You will handle incidents, collaborate with technical and non-technical users, and support enterprise-scale systems from our Lisbon base. Ideal candidates will be proficient with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy), have SQL basics, and be comfortable with Linux/Unix or Windows

Qualificações

• Experience in Application/IT/Production Support.
• Understanding of business applications and systems.
• Ability to analyze and resolve incidents and issues.
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
• Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and/or Windows environments.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Strong English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work in shifts or on-call.
