TP is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care & Technical Support professional in Portugal to support our AI-focused client in a fast-paced environment. You will enhance the knowledge base of online advertising and provide guidance on using AI tools, while delivering high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication skills, prior tech support experience, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Experience in technical support and AI tools (preferred).
• Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills.
• Ability to solve technical issues creatively.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers.
• Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use AI tools and products.
• Deliver high quality service to customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures.
• Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients.
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on first contact resolution.
