Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, IT Support or Technical Support is required.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfortable troubleshooting digital products and learning new tools.
- Customer-focused and analytical with ability to explain solutions clearly.
- Available for rotating shifts Monday–Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting account access and user issues.
- Supporting billing and invoicing inquiries.
- Guiding customers on how to use AI products effectively.
- Supporting both individual and business users across multiple channels.
- Working in an international, fast-paced tech environment.
