Cross Border Talents busca un/a Agente de Atención al Cliente para el sector minorista en Lisboa. Trabajo presencial, de lunes a viernes, 08:00–17:00, hablando español nativo o fluido. Serás la voz de la marca ante los clientes y resolverás consultas con amabilidad y profesionalidad.

Se requiere residencia en Lisboa y disponibilidad para trabajar en sitio. Ofrecemos un entorno internacional y oportunidades de crecimiento en servicio al cliente.

Competenze

• Fluent or native-level Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, helpful, solution-oriented attitude.
• Currently living in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday.

• Support retail customers in Spanish and answer their questions clearly
