What You'll Do
- Support retail customers in Spanish and answer their questions clearly
- Resolve issues in a friendly, professional way
- Follow internal guidelines to keep the customer experience consistent
What We're Looking For
- Fluent or native-level Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, helpful, solution-oriented attitude
- Currently living in Lisbon, Portugal
- Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday
