Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon to help English-speaking users resolve advertising-related problems and confidently navigate our platform. You will assist with ad accounts, payments, and access issues, troubleshoot campaign creation, publication, and delivery, and explain policies and platform guidelines while helping users understand available tools and features.

This is an office-based, full-time role in Lisbon, requiring 40 hours weekly with rotating
