Job summary

Boeva Tech is seeking a Lisbon-based support professional to assist users with online advertising accounts, payments, and platform functionality. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through tools, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across email, chat, and phone channels.

The role requires strong English language skills (C1+), at least one year in ads or digital marketing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. EU work authorization is mandatory.

Qualifications
