RELEX Solutions is seeking an experienced ABM Automation Lead to advance our highly targeted programs for strategic accounts. You will design and implement AI-driven workflows that streamline paid media, landing pages, content personalization, direct mail, and analytics.

Formación

• 4+ years in B2B ABM, demand generation, growth marketing, GTM engineering, or marketing operations.
• A working understanding of B2B paid media, ideally LinkedIn, including campaign structure and targeting.
• Proven track record designing and shipping AI and automation workflows used by teams.
• Experience with LLMs: prompt design, structured outputs, and data integration.
• Hands-on automation experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, or similar.
• Process mindset: map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design repeatable solutions.
• Good judgment on AI output quality and rollout readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Map how each ABM area works today, prioritize an automation roadmap with the Head of ABM.
• Build and maintain AI workflows using Claude, n8n, Folloze and HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to align on martech standards and hand over cross-team capabilities.
• Agree brand and quality guardrails so AI assets can go live with light review.
• Document workflows and train the team to run without you.
• Own ABM account and contact level campaigns, and optimize setup time.
• Create AI-generated on-brand ad variants by account, segment, and buying group.
• Run experiments to balance reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Close data feedback loops to inform ABM planning automatically.
• Build account-page templates and component libraries for AI-generated pages.
• Measure impact of AI workflows: time saved, cost per asset, speed from brief to launch.
