Job summary

Pleo is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to help scale our upmarket expansion into Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. You will build operational infrastructure, design ABM go-to-market systems, and drive AI enablement across operations to support rapid growth in Europe.

You’ll work with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Sales Ops to ensure effective campaign workflows, dashboards, and account intelligence across systems. Hybrid or in-person options are available in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• HubSpot workflow design and automation experience.
• ABM operational processes and MQL-to-MQA rules.
• Strong collaboration with Sales Ops on account strategy.
• Data quality validation and auditable specs.
• Experience with multi-touch attribution and lifecycle marketing.
• Background scaling GTM to Mid-Market/Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine marketing operations frameworks; improve campaign workflows and governance.
• Design ABM scoring and mid-market/enterprise routing.
• Drive AI adoption across Marketing Ops with scalable processes.
• Manage HubSpot workflows, automations and integrations.
• Create onboarding resources and standard templates for teams.
