Job summary

Whitesmith is hiring an AI Engagement Lead who will own a portfolio of client accounts, leading AI implementation programs from discovery through to renewal and growth. You will work with a small team of Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver measurable business outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.

You will occasionally travel for client discovery, kick-offs and important sessions, applying strong commercial judgment and leadership to move organizations through change and adoption

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex client engagements in AI/ML projects.
• Ability to translate technical work into business value.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and drive outcomes from discovery to renewal.
• Lead AI implementation programmes with a small embedded engineering team.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and guide delivery with commercial judgment.
