Job summary

act digital is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to drive AI-driven automation across business workflows. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and AI strategy, delivering scalable AI-powered solutions and shaping the AI² team.

In this role, you will partner with business users, design AI-driven applications, and lead adoption of LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows while building the foundation for a future AI engineering team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Strong background in application development and system design.
• Experience building business-focused software solutions.
• Ability to engage directly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience developing data-driven applications and workflows.
• Strategic mindset balancing short-term delivery and long-term capability building.
• Professional level of English.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems and emerging GenAI technologies.
• Previous leadership, mentoring, or team coordination experience.

Responsibilities
