Job summary

SIXT in Lisbon is seeking a Performance Marketing, AI & Automation Manager to own the B2B paid marketing funnel globally. You will manage SEA, LinkedIn, Meta campaigns and build AI-driven workflows to optimize spend and revenue, collaborating with Lead Management, Sales and Data teams.

You’ll lead budgeting, segmentation, bidding logic, and reporting, shaping how AI tools drive performance across markets. A background in marketing, growth or analytics with hands-on paid media and AI experience

Qualifications

Background in marketing, growth or lead generation with budget ownership.
Paid media basics: SEA and paid social, campaign structure, targeting and tracking.
AI builder: built or steered AI workflows/agents (Claude, scripts or APIs).
Commercial judgement: read attribution and lift tests; translate into strategy.
Lead generation: track from click to Sales/rental; test quickly.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, budget and results for B2B paid marketing across SEA, LinkedIn, Meta, display and programmatic.
Use won customers, CRM and enrichment data to define targeting and build segments and bidding logic.
Build, run and steer AI workflows and agents for campaign load, including bidding, creative variants and landing tests.
Decide what to scale, fix, pause or stop; forecast spend across channels and markets against ROI.
Own reporting and alerting systems to steer marketing with AI recommendations within limits.
Collaborate with Lead Management, Sales and Data teams and determine what to automate or hand to others.
