Position Overview
Customer Service Representative - Order Taking
- Answer calls, accurately record and confirm orders, provide menu and promotion information, input orders into the system, and address customer inquiries about orders.

Requirements
- Work Environment: BPO - Inbound Calls - Restaurant Order Taking
- Prior experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in restaurant order taking within a BPO setting
Work Schedule: 100% On-site, McKinley Hill, Taguig
Hiring Process: One-Day Virtual Interview
