As the Facilities and Engineering Manager at THE LEGEND HOTELS International Corporation-Kabayan Hotel Pasay, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of all facilities, infrastructure, and engineering operations.

This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our hotel properties and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

What you'll be doing
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance and improvement plans to optimize the performance of all hotel facilities, equipment, and infrastructure
  2. Oversee a team of skilled technicians and engineers, providing leadership, training, and performance management
  3. Manage the procurement of materials, services, and equipment required for facilities and engineering operations
  4. Monitor and analyze energy consumption, water usage, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for cost savings and sustainability improvements
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  6. Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to identify and address facilities-related issues and requirements
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic facilities and engineering initiatives that support the overall business objectives
What we're looking for
  1. Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar facilities or engineering management role, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry
  3. Proven track record of effectively leading and managing a team of technical professionals
  4. Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  6. Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  7. Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and cost control
