A global Managed Services Provider is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO in Taguig. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in various project management tools, and 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives. We are looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO and provide world-class administrative, operational, and project management support. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and able to stay several steps ahead in a fast-moving, global environment.
If you excel at managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level initiatives, and creating structure amidst shifting priorities, this role places you at the heart of our leadership operations.
Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and time-zone coordination
Oversee U.S. and international travel planning, itineraries, and expense reporting
Review, triage, and prepare responses for high-volume communication and email workflows
Draft presentations, leadership reports, and briefing materials
Track and coordinate strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
Act as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and external partners
Capture detailed meeting notes, maintain action trackers, and monitor follow-ups
Manage digital files and executive workflows using productivity and project management tools
Support events, leadership offsites, and internal communications
5+ years supporting a U.S.-based CEO or C-suite executive
Strong project management experience (Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
Proven expertise in complex calendaring, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and Zoom
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
Experience preparing executive summaries and leadership-level reports
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Dedicated home office setup for remote days
Comfortable working night shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications
Experience in MSP, IT services, or technology-driven organizations
Background in process optimization or operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
