Job Description
This position is mainly responsible for driving the new user’s acquisition for ZUS Coffee by leveraging paid media across different channels and driving growth & retention through various online & owned channels
The ideal candidate needs to have a passion for mobile technology, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels including paid acquisition initiative, and have a track record of optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and are used as part of KPIs
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns leveraging platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and others to drive app installs and engagement.
- Identify gaps and opportunities from app users, transactions, and revenue trends, and optimize/improve those above based on the user data.
- Effectively manage paid media budgets across paid media platforms, ensuring campaigns achieve or exceed target KPIs, including Cost Per Install (CPI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Assist Marketing Manager in managing Third Party On-Demand delivery partners (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc) to drive growth of third party sales channel.
- Identify areas for improvement, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimization strategies to achieve better results with our external platform partners & owned media channels.
- Create regular performance reports, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of paid media activities.
Part 2 – Secondary roles which support the primary roles above
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Social Media, Brand Studio & Design and Regional Growth to improve performance of online channels for ZUS Coffee Philippines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online marketing like mobile app marketing and paid media strategies.
- Tweaking strategies and budgets based on performance to maximize ROI across different paid media channels.
- Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports to effectively communicate results and insights.
Qualification
- A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in marketing / marketing communications / psychology / advertising / business
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing
- Experiences in SEO/SEM, PPC, GA4, app metrics analytic
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Experiences in user purchasing journeys, funnel marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Excel proficiency a must
