Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a WFM platform like Genesys, AWS, Verint, etc.
• Proven experience in system implementation and support.
• Experience in designing and managing system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain WFM modules for Contact Center and Back Office.
• Design security profiles and user interfaces.
• Create custom reports and dashboards for insights.
